I love Asian cuisine ourselves and seeing as you’re here, I’m guessing you do too!

I want to quickly introduce myself so you can get acquainted with who is creating the content on this website for you.

I’m Joost Nusselder, the founder of Bite My Bun and a content marketer, dad and love trying out new food with Japanese food at the heart of my passion, and together with my team, I’ve been creating in-depth blog articles since 2016 to help loyal readers with recipes and cooking tips.

How do we earn money?
