  • 300 grams cherry tomatoes halved
  • 15 - 20 prawns small (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • sprinkle of togarashi Japanese seven spice
  • 1 tbsp salt for pasta water

  • Grab a large saucepan and boil water with 1 tbsp salt.

  • Add the butter and soy sauce, stir well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until prawns look done.
