Ingredients
1/2 cup of furikake (you can also use store-bought furikake)
1tspsugar
1tspsea salt
1tbspdried shrimp
¼cupbonito flakes
3tbspsesame seedstoasted
1tbspnoridried seaweed
1tbspdried anchovies
2 cups of Kewpie mayo (you can also use store-bought Kewpie)
1½cupmayo(regular)
¼tspdashi powder
1tspdijon mustard
3tsprice vinegar
1tspsugar
Instructions
How to make furikake
Mix together all of the ingredients for the furikake, make sure the nori seaweed is shredded in very small pieces to match the other ingredients. Everything should be very small to be a good mix to sprinkle.
How to make Kewpie mayo
Mix together all of the ingredeitns for the Japanese mayo well. You should keep mixing until the sugar and the dashi are completely dissolved into the mayo.
You now have the right amount of mayo and furikake to make a nice blend. You can whisk the dried ingredients into the mayo and it's ready to serve.
