Tamari tahini sauce

sesame tahini

hot water

tamari soy sauce

rice vinegar
(add more if sauce is too thick)

garlic

Instructions
Whisk (take a wire one like these)
tahini and hot water in a bowl until smooth.
Whisk in tamari, vinegar, and garlic. Add more vinegar as desired.
Notes
You can add more water and a bit more tamari and rice vinegar if you want a runnier sauce.
