Ingredients

  • 8 oz sirloin steak (2x 4oz steaks, patted dry)
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced or 4 garlic cloves)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Mix the butter, parsley, and garlic or any other seasoning you like and set it aside.
  • Preheat your teppanyaki grill or your griddle plate on your stovetop.
  • Lightly grease the grill and the steaks with the butter. Then sprinkle salt and pepper generously.
  • You are not going to use any other seasonings for grilling, the ingredients are delicious as they are. You can let them speak for themselves and add sauces to dip everything in.
