1/2cupapple cider vinegar
2tbspsoy sauce
1/2tbspanchovy paste
1/2tbsptamarind paste
2tbspwater
1tbspbrown sugar
1tspmustard powder
1/4tspcinnamon
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/4tsponion powder
1tspmustard powder
Instructions
In a saucepan combine all the ingredients.
Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
Simmer the sauce for about 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and let the Worcestershire sauce cool completely.
