The Pork Teriyaki Recipe is not really that hard to prepare; it’s very simple actually. It’s best to use Tender Pork parts with fatty parts which will be grilled first for a more enticing taste.

½kgPork Chop(bite size)
2tbspteriyaki sauce
1mediumonion
1tbsplemon or calamansi juice
2Tomatoes
2tbspsoy sauce
3clovesgarlic
½cupwater
1tbspToasted sesame seeds(optional)
Instructions
Marinate the Pork with soy sauce and lemon juice for an hour.
Saute the garlic and onion and also the Tomato, then add the marinated Pork Chop.
Saute until the Pork for up to 5 minutes or more or until the meat soaks the Soy Sauce.
Add water and bring to boil and simmer until the Pork becomes tender.
Add Teriyaki sauce for another 5 minutes or more or until done.
