Pork Chops Teriyaki

The Pork Teriyaki Recipe is not really that hard to prepare; it’s very simple actually. It’s best to use Tender Pork parts with fatty parts which will be grilled first for a more enticing taste.

Ingredients

  • ½ kg Pork Chop (bite size)
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon or calamansi juice
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Marinate the Pork with soy sauce and lemon juice for an hour.
  • Saute the garlic and onion and also the Tomato, then add the marinated Pork Chop.
  • Saute until the Pork for up to 5 minutes or more or until the meat soaks the Soy Sauce.
  • Add water and bring to boil and simmer until the Pork becomes tender.
  • Add Teriyaki sauce for another 5 minutes or more or until done.
  • Sprinkle the Sesame Seeds when already done.
  • Serve.
