Mix well the 2½ tbsp. Soy Sauce, Sherry Cooking Wine, and Garlic powder in a bowl.
Put the beef and Let it stay for 15 minutes.
Add the cornstarch in the bowl with the beef and Mix well.
Cook the Egg Noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
Saute the marinated beef and cook for 5 Mins.
Add the Broccoli and Cook for about 2 Mins.
Add the cooked Egg Noodles, Toss and Cooked for 5 Mins.
Combine the Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Ginger, Salt, and Pepper in a bowl.
Pour the mixture on the noodles with beef and cook for 7 mins.
Serve
