Ingredients
120gramsof self-raising flour
2large eggs
1tbspof dashi powder
360ml(12.1 oz) of water
1tspsalt
Instructions
In a large bowl, pour the flour.
Crack in the 2 eggs.
Add the dashi stock powder and the salt.
Using a whisk or mixer, combine the ingredients well until they are smooth.
Start adding the water bit by bit and mix well until the batter is smooth, like a pancake batter.
