Ingredients
1canCondensed Milk
3Eggs, well beaten
¼cupbutter melted
½cupwhite sugar
½cupAll-Purpose-Flour
1½cupsDesiccated Coconut
1tspVanilla Extract
2tspBaking Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder), set aside
Mix all wet ingredients (milk, eggs, butter)
Add wet with the dry ingredients.
Add desiccated coconut and vanilla, mix well
Add grated cheese on top (optional for truly Filipino style)
Pour to molder then bake for 15-20 mins or until top turns brown.
