Coconut Macaroons Recipe (Homemade)

Ingredients

  • 1 can Condensed Milk
  • 3 Eggs, well beaten
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup All-Purpose-Flour
  • cups Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Sift dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder), set aside
  • Mix all wet ingredients (milk, eggs, butter)
  • Add wet with the dry ingredients.
  • Add desiccated coconut and vanilla, mix well
  • Add grated cheese on top (optional for truly Filipino style)
  • Pour to molder then bake for 15-20 mins or until top turns brown.
