Filipino banana bread recipe
The banana bread recipe has several variants. It’s up to you to choose the one that's best for your palate!

- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1¾ cups flour
- 1½ cups sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 325 F.
Combine the eggs, oil, sugar, milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas either by hand, or with a hand mixer or stand mixer.
Add the baking soda and flour.
Combine and mix well.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Slice and serve.
