Ingredients
¼kgpork meat
¼kgpork liver
1cupwater
¼cupvinegar
2tbspcooking oil
1tspminced garlic
¼cupchopped onions
½cupchopped tomatoes
2cupslabanos (radishes)sliced crosswise
1cupred bell peppercut into strips
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Slice up the pork meat and cut up the liver into narrow strips.
Saute the garlic, onions, tomatoes, pork meat and pork liver.
Add the vinegar and water.
Bring to a boil.
Add the radish pieces.
Cook for 5 minutes, then add the strips of bell pepper.
