Warishita sauce recipe
Warishita sauce is terrific for dipping sukiyaki dishes in. Better yet, it's easy to make! Whip up some warishita sauce in minutes with my recipe.

For the sauce:
- 2 tbsp sake
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup mirin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Grab a large saucepan. Over medium heat, add in the mirin, sake, soy sauce, and brown sugar while stirring.
Bring to a boil and stir more. Once everything's dissolved, then turn the heat off.
You can now ladle the warishita sauce over cooked meat and vegetables.
